Woods heating&air did an amazing job! Highly recommend

Brandon Erke came quickly after I called to report the problem with my HVAC system not turning on. He had the problem identified and fixed within 5 minutes of stepping through the front door. Repair was covered under the warranty.

Brandon was thorough, professional and explained things in a way that I could easily understand. He went the extra mile, in my opinion, by sealing the electrical box on the side of my house with silicone.. This was the entrance for the wasp nest problem that I had earlier this summer so I won't have to worry about that happening again. Thank you Brandon. I will ask for you again next spring!

Courteous and thorough service

We've come to expect great service from Woods Family, so their response to a recent lightning strike at our home was expected. Turns out that the service was terrific AND the cost was substantially lower than we expected. Brandon was excepional, not just in terms of his skills, but in explaining to me the actions he took. We're 100% happy with the results!
